1. High mast towers

We can offer MS hot dip galvanized high mast towers up to 40M height in different material thickness, diameters to suit different project applications with raising and lowering arrangements such as single/double drum winches, integral/non-integral power tools, two/three wire-rope head frames, flame proof applications, high-wind terrain latching arrangements, etc.
2. Octagonal galvanized poles

Octagonal galvanized poles of heights 6 to12 M.
3. Decorative poles and bracket art

We also have in our range many decorative poles with embellishments, coronations, footings, and bracket designs to suit Regular/premium amenity markets.

1. Sports lighting poles, masts and towers
   From 15’ to 180’ height equipped with service baskets, catwalks, monkey climbs, crude/ telescopic aiming systems, etc.
2. Sports light fixture Blackouts
   We supply Blackout attachments which go with sports lighting fixtures suitable for indoor stadium lighting projects.

3. Micro-controller based bi-level capacitance device
   We supply this electronic device to adjust for lamp lumen depreciation in MH lamp through its life cycle.
   
   

SUPPORT SERVICES :

1. Tower Design
   High mast tower designs to suit stability factors such as wind speed, terrain,

   Topography, etc. Analysis of forces related to high mast towers such as natural frequency, wind pressure, vortex calculations, bolt stresses, etc. ( as per TR-7 ILE, U.K)

2. Foundation Design
   Civil foundation designs to suit varied soil bearing capacities and wind pressures.

3. Lighting Design
   Lighting design and patterns for various outdoor lighting applications such as area, street, sports and amenity lighting projects.

4. Photometric Service
   Photometric services for various luminaires to create their IES, CIBSE files through our in-house fully computerized & automated 3D- Moving Mirror Photo-goniometer ( manufactured by Lighting Sciences Inc, USA) which can be readily used as input to various lighting application programs. This equipment is installed at company’s lighting design and export center as NSEZ, Noida (U.P)

5. Site related services
   We take up assembly, erection, site supervision for the products supplied by us on a case-to-case basis.

6. Wind tunnel testing
   We take up wind tunnel testing for high masts, poles, etc. in association with reputed laboratories.

7. Maintenance services
   We undertake repair and maintenance (AMC) contracts for high mast and lighting towers. We shall be shortly be incorporating GIS and GPRS into these services.
